Tandoori Delicacies (Tandoor is an oval shaped Clay Oven made with special clay & heated with burning charcoal. The marinated meat or vegetable is skewered & placed horizontally in the clay oven. The wraparound heat allows the food to cook evenly while retaining all the flavors. The excess marination dripping on the burning charcoal gives the food the unique smoky aroma. Tandoori cooking does not require any oil except used for occasional basting. Tandoori means any food cooked in a Tandoor.)
